We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast we weren’t too sure where to go or how or what we could order. Waiter seemed to not be 100% sure themselves… When customers check-in I recommend that check-in person explains the process to them. As well informs us about pool towel and asks do we need towel, then we know. Small things like that can be better fine tuned…

South AfricaThe room was situated close to extraction fans of the resort and it was quite noisy when the windows or slide door were open even at night. The terrace or balcony is not covered so on rainy days you can't use it.
Good overall management of the resort and brilliant spa service.. Therapists are friendly and make sure that you feel at home. The room was small but perfect for our short stay. The resort is well situated in Ballito and very close to all restaurants and grocery shops. The easy access to the beach is a bonus.
