Music / games with loud speakers whole day ( on repeat ). Cannot sleep in, do afternoon naps or sleep early. We went to escape the buzz but it was there the whole day.

Love the central location and hotel. Beautiful place. Spa is good addition. Thank you all.

Just not knowing where to go for breakfast, where or how to get pool towel.

Breakfast we weren’t too sure where to go or how or what we could order. Waiter seemed to not be 100% sure themselves… When customers check-in I recommend that check-in person explains the process to them. As well informs us about pool towel and asks do we need towel, then we know. Small things like that can be better fine tuned…

No hand soap in the bathroom. Would also be nice to have a bottle of still water available in the room on arrival.

Lovely room and facilities, staff were all very friendly. Room service was available till 9pm which was convenient for business traveler who check in late.

The card keys gave us problems when opening the doors

Very small cupboard in room. Small room Lack of information from reception with regards to A) availability of beach towels B) where breakfast is served C) no appropriate plug for hairdryer D)missing hangers E) did not clean the floor daily and became sticky F) access card did working for beach gate 2x

NOT LA MONTAGNES FAULT BUT THE A/C WAS A BIT SKETCHY DUE TO LOAD SHEDDING and we stayed when it was very hot and humid.

the view in 102 was fabulous, the lady who cleaned and helped us with tea.coffee etc was excellent, so friendly. we really appreciated her smiley face.

The room was situated close to extraction fans of the resort and it was quite noisy when the windows or slide door were open even at night. The terrace or balcony is not covered so on rainy days you can't use it.

Good overall management of the resort and brilliant spa service.. Therapists are friendly and make sure that you feel at home. The room was small but perfect for our short stay. The resort is well situated in Ballito and very close to all restaurants and grocery shops. The easy access to the beach is a bonus.

I paid for a queen dubble room, and was put in the smallest studio room. Staff stole my personal pillow.

The food courts especially the polipetto restaurant. A complete let down. Place is very run down and tacky, decor plastic chairs. I expected a lot more especially with prices on menu
