The restaurant on the 3rd floor didn't serve us breakfast on time.I think they were short staffed, but that made us run a bit late on our plans for the day. I also noticed that the staff were only serving the white people and us, as the only black people we were left unattended,so with that, we ended up leaving to eat breakfast at a nearby mall.

We enjoyed it. The facility is clean and comfortable, and it is good value for money. The place is absolutely amazing. Don't get me started on the beach view, like, omg The place is so amazing at night

Stains on the couch. There was a very strong smell of gas by the entrance door and bathroom. It was so bad it gave us a headache. I reported it to reception. It seemed to get better. I would have liked more of a view of the sea. Our room didn't have much of a view, the photos were rather deceptive.

The room had a very big patio and was very cosy. Even though we went out for meals, the kitchenette seemed very well kitted out. The rooms were comfortable and clean

It was very difficult to contact the reception, especially in the mornings. The phone in the room did not work and even tried many times calling with my cellphone. Takes a while before answered. The little shop could stock more essentials and was not manned all the time.

1) The property needs a lot of maintenance, paint is peeling & the flooring does not look clean even after a good scrub. 2) AC was not working. This was a nightmare because it was extremely humid & the reception did not have the courtesy to inform us of this. We had to request a fan on the 2nd day because we could not cope 3) The toilet vent was sucking out the air from the room next door. Unfortunately, they had chain smokers staying there 😕 4) An unknown person was sending me whatsapp messages selling timeshare products, and I DID NOT CONSENT to my number being shared. While u resting by the pool, agents are trying to sell u these products as well. I found that very irritating.

THE BEACH AT YOUR DOORSTEP, the bed was super comfortable, breakfast was fresh and tasted so good, and the staff was super helpful & sweet.

Our room was not in the area we wanted to be and we could not be moved due to renovations. A smelly bin was left outside our door and the generator disturbed us coming on and off. There was noise in the corridor. There was a chunk out of the wall and the formica worktops were stained.

Trying to get hold of reception prior to arrival was a problem. No one was answering calls. That needs serious improvement. Thanks to the SPA reception as I ended up calling them for the hotel queries and they were passing them and came back to me with responses.

The condition of the furniture in the room was not up to scratch. The headboard was in bad condition and needs urgent attention. The bathroom needs attention whereby accessories such as handle on over the bath shower. Parts missing. The ceiling in the bathroom was partially handing open over the bath/shower area. I have to say that all this was reported at reception when leaving.

We had a fantastic view as usual. Service was excellent. Staff are wonderful. Cannot fault these criteria.

When checking in they only tell you where your room is, no porters to assist, we had to call and ask for the wifi password. No one explained how the breakfast work. Kettle in the room wasn’t working. Waiters ignores you at the pool area once the crowd is bigger and tends to day visitors first.

Location is amazing, enjoyed sitting by the pool area.

The main bedroom didn’t have its own bathroom and the apartment I booked had 2 bathrooms. We had to share one bathroom with the kids. The single beds bedroom was stuffy since there was not enough ventilation. Aircon not working properly.
