We didn't get the bar fridge in our room, which was suppose to be there. The cleaning service👎.

The mountain view was delightful to see every morning, absolutely breathtaking. The couples that booked same time with us as well made the stay worthwhile. Kobus (The Manager I think) was very helpful.

The road there scratched our car because it is overgrown. When I removed the bath mat from the shower a whole lot of sand fell with it. The shower smelled musty. There is no generator/ solar therefore we could not sleep one bit in this heat wave and there is no water when there is no power either so no shower or toilet. Oh and we also had a scorpion greet us in the room.

The owner greeted us which was nice. I liked the little touch with the muffin in the morning. It has a lot of potential. It is close to a few wedding venues and cycling routes.

There were no hand wash soap, bath soap, or shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. Very uncomfortable for the price you pay in the small room Also no TV in the rooms There is actually nothing to do there, just a small swimming people to swim in the summer If you want peace and really just want to do nothing and relax you can book here

Ronelle was very friendly and helpfull Even her husband went out of his way to buy wood for us and bring the braaier closer to us for our conveniency and the cold weather. They helped with cutlery as we were not aware to bring our own cutlery

The unit had a very awful stinch of cat urine, the bath was not cleaned, the glass doors of the showers were dull and is in need of some serious attention. In one of the bathrooms underneath the basin cabinet is items like an old mens shaver, glass bottle... Definitely didn't clean there. As you get up on the stairwell, a cigarette bud was lying next to the floor next to the speaker... Even though it is a non-smoking unit. I also smoke, but smoked outside. Against the subwoofer you can see the marks where a cat sprayed urine. The maintenance on the building is really not up to standard. I took a video for evidence. Although the deck had a beautiful view, I felt that it was unsafe as there was a hole and the wood was fragile.

Die bush feel was very relaxing. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They even offered a larger unit. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The smaller unit that we would have stayed in was very nice, we changed as there was no refrigerator and I need one for my insulin. The view from the deck was beautiful.

It could have been cleaner ..

Whilst the rooms were clean there were problems which when reported were not repaired (eg. toilet in room 2). Outside cleanliness was not so good. The Kitchen/TV Room was also not very clean (cutlery and tea-towels for eg). When asked though the staff were willing and supplied us.

The fact that the photos were taken 10 years ago. The place has deteriorated so much. The deck's wood had not been looked after or treated so it was brittle, my husband almost right through it. There was no restaurant after stating on the site that there was. The toilet in reception was broken.

The manager, Ronel, was really very accommodating and friendly and helpful. She checked up on us everyday and made sure that we were happy.

I personally think the owner not the staff the staff was friendly and very kind But the owner can for sure upgrade the kitchen in the hotel area and under the lapa and also the reception area. That can be so a nice place and so convenient because it around wedding venues there is absolutely potential thank you .
