Very nice hotel in a safe and quiet neigbourhood. Little hotel with only 10 rooms but 2 small swimming pools. We even got uppgraded to honeymoon suite, which was a nice surprise. Very nice personnel, special thanks to Shelly, you are a star <3. Breakfast was very good. All in all, we couldn't have hoped for more. Hopefully we will return some day!

In my room there was a problem with the water temperature but the hotel promised to address and fix it.

Nice location and not many rooms which keeps it quiet and comfortable. The pool areas are perfect for relaxing, reading and soaking up the sun. Staff is very friendly and tries to meet all requirements.

We hit the bull’s eye! Convenient location, spacious room with patio, excellent service and overall very cozy aura! Even 20 hours w/o electricity were sort of adventure (the whole area 7 was under blackout). Special thanks to Shelly!

Very convenient location with a lovely pool. Only a few rooms, so peaceful. Spacious room with good amenities. Our host Shelley was superb - attentive, friendly, professional. and this was backed up by every one of the support staff. breakfast was really delicious and every request was dealt with gracefully.

The bed was broken...Mattress or base...Squeaked a lot when moving...Only Netflix..No DSTV.. We are not great movie watchers...Could not catch up with the news.

The breakfast was a little bit disappointing, only 1/2 got options and the Continental selection wasn't covered from flys or kept on cold on ice. Also there was only secure parking for 2 cars so I presume some guest may have to leave there car on the small narrow road. Noise was an issue in our room as we're ground floor we could hear lots of doors beong close down the corridor.

Lovely boutique hotel very clean and modern, staff where friendly and helpful especially Joe who help us park the car and carry our cases up the stairs.

Toilet seat loose and tv did not work properly. There was an issue with DStV the night security tried their best to resolve it the first 2 nights. Despite raising as an issue nothing was done and never worked in our room.

Service was attentive and quick. Happy to do early breakfast on day we left.

The room was slightly on the grubby side. We stayed in room 2, and the curtains had a lot of mould on the bottoms and are in desperate need of changing. We had a lot of ants in the room too and a couple of slugs which were most unwanted. Given the amount of time we were in the room, it wasn't a huge issue but should be looked into.

The location was very handy, and being able to park the car in the garage was a big plus. The staff were so helpful and couldn't do more to offer help and advice on things to do / see as well as places to eat. I'm unsure of the lady working the desks name (I know she was from Zimbabwe!) But she is a huge asset to the team, so friendly, chatty and accommodating.
