Absolutely nothing.

Everything was nothing short of amazing. The Food, The Staff, The Property, The Amenities. One stop for everything. I could stay here and go nowhere else. They made my Birthday and stay very awesome as a solo traveler who wanted to recharge and realign my chakras away from the city. I was well taken of like I am a queen. It was truly unforgettable.

Staff here were amazing, always very helpful and super friendly with incredible service. The food is great too! We were never left hungry during our stay. It was very quiet and relaxing. A great location with lots of options for activities. We happened to leave something very valuable in our room, and staff were amazing at helping us organise a courier service to get it back!

They went all out to make sure our needs were met and that we were comfortable which made travelling with our kids a lot more fun and enjoyable.

Nothing except for the last night there was a mamba snake in the air conditioner of the lobby.however this a 5 star resort in nature

Some of the facilities were a bit dated, but well maintained. In our room, the shower formed a small puddle because it didn't run off into the drain. Thatch roofs and bush locations always have a few bugs, not that it bothered us. The Aircon seemed to 'trip' or switch off during the night and in one unit it happened every few minutes, but they fixed it while we were there.

The staff were fantastic. I can't write enough praise for Surprise, Rose, the chefs, cleaners and other staff. Their service was 5 star. We had some very particular vegetarians in our group and they catered to our every need and made our stay absolutely special and memorable.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff was very polite and friendly, The suite I got was spacious and comfortable and I loved that it had two window walls! And there were many options at the breakfast.

All was amazing in this place. We would choose it again. Calm oasis with great services. We enjoyed the food, the spa, the whole stay. The staff will help you organise anything for you. We arranged our safari full day game drive with the hotel directly.

Breakfast was superb , loved the staff especially Suprise and Sifiso..we felt like we were at home, we were part of the family! Dinner was delicious and Boma was the cherry on top!! We are definitely coming back and this time we are bringing our kids.

The BEST part of our stay at Grand Kruger Lodge was the fantastic staff! Marchelle, Rosie, Sofiso, Innocent, Precious, and Surprise were the warmest, most hospitable people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting!!! They are beautiful, kind, and joy-filled people who work to create a very pleasant atmosphere! Dennis was an amazing, passionate guide in Kruger! I will definitely be sharing this experience with friends!

My expectations for breakfast was not what I thought it would be. A bit limited choice as vegetarians

Good location. Quite accomodating with supper and lunch to cater for vegetarians. They accomodated our kids requests for pancakes for breakfast. Enjoyed the spa treatments. Surprise and Rose were quite friendly. Surprise tried his best to accomodate our requests and is very pleasant. We got to see animals around the lodge.

There is a bit too many chemicals in the pool.

Great facilities and very clean rooms. The staff is very nice and do great efforts to meet all visitors needs. They were very flexible and helpfull. Animals visit the lodge every day. We felt very comfortable during our stay.
