The biggest and most important highlight has to be the staff. They were all extremely friendly and very helpful. Also, the dinner menu and food is top tier. Very delicious and I love the fact that it changes daily. For a honeymoon, you guys gave us a splendid time.

The shower doesnt drain the water fast, so it gets "flooded" a bit, and one needs to close the water every now and then

The meals were good and the staff especially- were very friendly and accommodating. They cared about our safety. We felt at home.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Our Garden Room was quiet, comfortable and very secure. We could park our vehicle right outside. Breakfast was great with lots of hot and cold options. However, what really made our stay were the warm and friendly staff. Edward was incredibly helpful with his advice for travelling the panorama route and even advised on the best route through Eswatini for our onward journey. Nully also deserves a mention as she was great company during our evenings in the bar. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

3 locks on the door. It indicates that there might be issues with safety. Therefore we did nit feel very safe.

It was very well situated to visit local sights. The sub-manager took the trouble to show us the newly decorated and very individual rooms.

I wouldn't mind complaining, but there is nothing to complain about.

The staff members in this hotel made us feel so welcome. They literally took responsibility for my stay & my safety very serious to a point of advising/tips when my daughter and I are out of the facility , places to visit, times that are best to visit certain sites. I can't thank this team enough Mr Edward, Mr Given Vanessa and Nelly. You guys are awesome 👌 This team will go all out with a smile. I can't emphasize it enough. During the checkout, i noticed that my tire was flat,I was told to go and enjoy my breakfast, and they changed the tire for me. The TLC here... will leave you so smitten. Felt like a queen in this facility. The way I felt so welcome, I wanted to call them back just to let them know that we traveled safely and missed them already ❤️. OOOH THE FOOD.!!!!!Dinner, breakfast...is to die for. I feel bad i forgot the Chef' name ,Mr Chef never disappoints. You guys rock!!! I'll definitely go back here.

There wasn't anything not to like.

This is a well-located hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The restaurant serves very good food and the bartender (I forgot her name) is so much fun. The lobby area is artistically furnished. From here it is an easy drive to the Graskop Gorge Lift. This is a perfect place to stay after (or before) driving the Panorama Route.

There are no fridge in the rooms, the cleaning people woke us up at 8:30 and told us they wanted to change the sheets. They don’t clean thoroughly. No air conditioner in the rooms. small parking

The establishment does need a host in the front desk that has experience in hospitality, a warm and welcoming individual.

I liked the breakfast, wide range of food in their menu. The location is perfectly central to most activities such as the Graskop Big Swing, only 1,2km away. The staff is very hospitable, especially Nolly from the Bar. When I had to drive back around 2am, the staff prepared Breakfast packs for us, which was really hospitable :)

The room had no fridge, No microwave, No plate or utilities Its was disappointing as when I travel I carry my water and my drinks. In all my bookin I have done with booking.com i never had a place that have the above

Breakfast was great, staff also very friendly i would definitely stay there again if im ever in graskop, its also very central to a lot of activities and restaurants (they also have inhouse restaurant and bar)
