The lodges and road to the restaurant could use some restauration. It was a little wore down so it was difficult to drive down every time for breakfast and dinner.

They don't provide irons for guests. You are charged separately for each item you wish to iron. Quite an inconvenience

Amazing overall experience! Breakfast by the Sabie River. What a treat! The views from the rooms is even better in person. Definitely worth the experience.

It could do with cosy/more comfortable chairs in TV area, The headboard carpet must go:holds on to dust-bad for allergy sufferers. The closet & blanket smell bit mouldy ,window wouldn’t open.

The environment was peaceful, very relaxing..Enjoyed the breakfast & dinner by the river…Loved the private pool & the shower with hot water next to the pool , spectacular.

My little car with very low suspension did not like the bumpy road down to the riverside restaurant and bush bar but was totally worth the trip.

Could be updated / maintained a bit. Furniture was very dusty and full of spider webs, could use a bit of a proper clean, not just surface clean.

The view was amazing, and the private pool a great bonus. Staff were very friendly and the food was great. Relaxing and serene environment.

No aircon

The only downfall was no aircon as was extremely hot at night, but I was assisted with a fan, so I helped a bit. Otherwise amazing thanks so much they went extra mile to make my anniversary so special ❤️ really have to go if you get thr chance

The trek down to the restaurant

The accommodation was great we had our own small pool, the room was very clean and a good size, with basic kitchen facilities, but we had booked Breakfast and dinner. The restaurant area was 1k down a steep track at the tented camp on the side of the Sabie river a lovely setting but bumpy ride down! The meals were a set menu with no choices. Unfortuately we weren't impressed with the evening meal on the first night so choose to eat at a local restaurant. It could have been that meal options were affected by the load shedding as the time without electric hit evening time on both nights. Breakfast was good with a choice of cereal, juice and freshly cooked breakfast. Wifi was only available at the restaurant

Potholes on the way. Would have liked a bar fridge in the tent.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Beautiful and therapeutic environment. Enjoyed the braai meat dinner and dessert. And had enjoyed the game of pool I had with Themba. Great Bar man with lots of stories to tell.

Travelling by car for eating ..the road could be improved

Staff very informative,, catering v good albeit with a single choice for dinner, breakfast excellent. Had to travel 1.5 mms for eating to lovely setting. Accommodation v spacious with great personal swimming pool..lovely views...excellent value

We went in rainy season and there were some insects in the pool

Amazing little place! Will definitely be back. Loved the private pool. Amazing sitting next to the river and having drinks at the bar. Breakfast also served next to the river at the little restaurant.
