We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe decor of the area specifically used as the Hotel dinning room and lounge, uninspiring and drab, feeling very dated (circa 1995). No ambiance, no vibe or feel to the space. Better decor of the bar area IE making it more cozy at night would get people to want to spend time there. Just my opinion.
Parking lot - interaction with attendant on arrival was very upbeat and friendly. This set a good tone for my first "staff experience" at the Hotel. Staff interaction (security, reception, maintenance staff, bar and serving staff) "Great" Friendly, upbeat and helpful. Room - Nice room, felt it was good value, wasn't disappointed at all. Bed and linens/pillows were amazing, room / bathroom were both very clean and felt fresh, I really appreciated that. Food was fantastic and a "stand out" for me.

South AfricaThe only thing I can complain about is when a friend's wife asked for a smaller pillow at reception, they said go speak to house keeping. So we had to track house keeping. I feel the receptionist should have contacted house keeping. But thank you to house keeping the pillows were swopped by the evening.
