The staff in all sections of the property were friendly and welcoming. The room itself was quite spacious, very clean and well maintained, with great views from the patio. Wherever you go there is something beautiful to look at, and it was an overall quiet and relaxing experience.

Staff were a bit scarce and difficult to find when you needed something. (Which to be fair is likely because there were vert few people staying when I was there so it's understandable.)

Amazing location for a remote get away - extremely quiet in a beautiful setting with incredible views back over the whole of Cape Town. A great place to stay to get away and enjoy quiet time.

We only noticed when we left that there was a huge spider that came from under the couch.

We only stayed for 1 night but it was a lovely experience and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and available when ever we called. Thank you for the lovely service.

I made a reservation and confirmed it with a telephone call. On arrival there was no booking for me. The lady at reception said she will go and check, came back 20min later, yes there is a room available. Got to room, toiletries used by previous guests were not replaced, dustbin filled with previous guests' rubbish, etc. I wanted to cancel my stay, ask for a refund and go somewhere else, but I had friends staying there as well, so decided to stay with them.

We have stayed there before in the honeymoon suite and we had a fruit basket and some other cheese plater just to make it a bit different from a normal room.

Quality of food was very good but the serving was very unorganized. It seems they were expecting less people and only top up the buffet as people arrived leaving you eat one item at a time. Our toast only arrived when we where on our way out and we have requested 3 times before that.

aircon fan couldn’t control levels and water was dripping from aircon onto the carpet. Restaurant beautiful setting but food more quantity than quality so disappointing.

The management is utterly appalling , the facilities are NOT four star and it’s a fraud to say it is , the staff don’t clean properly - had worms all over the carpet , the fact that it was dirty , the fact you have to beg and plead for beverages and soap, they can’t organise a shuttle service , they are a complete rip off . Two star at best

No one at reception to check in. Even after confirming the time. Staff arrived 45 min later. Didn’t answer calls. Was there for a wedding. Had to rush to get ready by 3pm. 12 guests were delayed. Staff very unprofessional and unhelpful.

Arrived on a Sunday night around 6pm. Property far from restaurants, restaurant on property closed and reception didn't answer the phone after checking me in.. Ubereats not available there. Aircon was so rattly and noisy I couldn't sleep and no-one could be reached to fix it; was yoo cold to put it off. Thus went to bed without dinner and only had a few hours sleep before a presentation the next day. Very disappointed.

Beds are definitely too firm. Someone entered our unit after we left in the late afternoon (4PM +) for a function on the day we checked in to drop off our belongings, which is strange because the room had already been cleaned before we checked in, so I can’t think of a valid reason why our room was entered.

Great breakfast, awesome views and friendly staff. Decor in the rooms are tasteful!
