It was spotless. Only open 2 months so the paint was barely dry but also the linen and housekeeping was 5* The room was beautifully laid out and the staff were pleasant.

The room was very nice, spacious and clean (not common given you are in London!). The staff was extra friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was very good, plenty of different options, including gluten-free. Perfectly central location.

In London's West End, this beautiful Georgian townhouse is a 7-minute walk from Oxford Street. The traditional rooms feature free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a minibar. They gave me a bigger room upon arrival which was beautiful and very comfy. There were all sort of toiletries in the bathroom from hair cap to body moisturiser. There was also coffee, tea, sweetener and other goodies available in the room. Comfy bed. There was an iron and nice hair dryer in the room. Very friendly stuff. Excellent location.
