This place is a gem, great location, staff and food. We had a wonderful time. Breakfast was included; order what ever you like from the menu chef is on the ball, eggs cooked to perfection, steaks the same. All the food was 5 star. Staff are so nice just the right amount of attentiveness you need. Best place i have stayed in a long time in the lakes!
Just home from a short break & could not fault Yvonne’s hospitality. Yvonne was really attentive & welcoming. 5 stars for the delicious shortbread also. Thank you
We only stated one night, but everything was terrific. The room and bathroom was very, very clean, to the point that we could have been the first ones to stay there. The bed was comfortable and warm, despite the cold and rainy weather outside. The breakfast couldn’t be faulted and I can without reservation give this place 5 stars.
Absolutely stunning barn. Attention to detail was amazing. Lots of little extras scattered throughout the barn; from a welcome doggie bag, to sweets, biscuits, toiletries, marshmallows, fully equipped kitchen, warm water shower for dogs. AMAZING- 5 Stars!!!!!

Amazing, delicious breakfast - cooked to perfection. Comfortable room, immaculately clean. Room was well stocked with tea, coffee, milk, herbal teas & hot chocolate. Host Jane is very friendly and welcoming. She made me a scone with jam & clotted cream and a brew on arrival. Superb stay. Would give 5 stars.
Imagine setting up a stay for your loved one, and you can afford everything. This describes this place very well. Absolutely amazing, with only the very best of everything offered. We stayed in a self-catered safari tent, most comfy beds, perfumed toilet rolls, high quality cutlery, 24*7 supply of firewood for the quality log burner. List goes on and on. I have stayed in 5 stars which cut corners by supplying sub standard material, this felt like every bit of luxury.
Fantastic, clean, lovely rooms, comfy bed, great bathrooms, excellent cafe, superb breakfast, lovely helpful staff. Amazing views. Spotless. Excellent location. Great value. 5 stars. Love Heidi's.
