This apartment sleeps two in 1 double bedroom with plugs next to the bed and plenty of storage for your belongings. Across the hall from the bedroom is the bathroom, with a bath and shower - both towels and bed linen are provided for your use. The lounge/diner has a large window out onto the garden, with a dining table, sofa, coffee table and flat screen smart TV. Off of this room is a separate kitchen, equipped with a microwave, oven, kettle, toaster and all cutlery/crockery you will need for your stay. There is also a washing machine for you to use. The apartment has free private parking, and a shared outdoor area (with the flat next door) with its own set of table and chairs. From here you can enjoy the view of the gardens at the side and front of the property, overlooking the famous Gannel Estuary.
Situated just outside the centre of Newquay, the walk into the town is just under a mile. Here, you can find plenty of restaurants, shops, bars and activities. The nearest beach is Towan (a 0.8 mile walk from the property) with a variety of watersports for hire including surfboards and wetsuits. Here you will also find Newquay Blue Reef Aquarium. Neighbouring beach Great Western is 0.9 miles, or if you fancy visiting the famous Fistral beach, this is just a 1.1 mile walk from the property. The property is situated overlooking the Gannel Estuary, which at low tide provides a beautiful area for walking and horse riding - the award winning Crantock Beach is just 4km away. At high tide, this is a great place for kayaking, canoeing of paddle boarding. Just 5 minutes down the road is Newquay Boating Lake and Trenance Gardens, a picturesque area with boats to hire, rose gardens and places to eat. The nearest airport is Newquay Cornwall Airport, 4.3 miles from the accommodation. Newquay Train Station is 0.9 miles away. Other nearby points of interest include Newquay Zoo (0.8 miles/17 minute walk), Newquay Golf Club (1 mile, 20 minute walk).
