In the heart of Newquay only 300m from the vibrant high street and 6 world class beaches between 5 and 20mins walk from the front door. Large south facing garden with expansive decking with mood setting lights and a generous artificial lawn area, equipped with a bbq and dinning furniture under a gazebo to relax in after a busy day exploring Cornwall. Deceptively spacious with 3 generous double bedrooms. Bathroom includes a rainfall shower and a stand-alone bath with a waterfall tap.
All parts of Newquay are within walking distance. If you’re not planning on leaving Newquay you won’t need to move your car as supermarkets, shops , restaurants and beach’s are all within easy reach. You will find surf hire and lessons with all equipment available to hire at all the beaches with adequate cafes toilets and bars. There is free unrestricted parking in the road outside the house. The train station is a short 5 minute walk away and the airport a 10 min taxi ride to the house.
