We are very excited about welcoming guests to Flat 7. The apartment is a fully equipped, newly refurbished two bedroom property with a patio, private parking for one vehicle and a fabulous view of Swanpool beach. There is a public car park at Swanpool Beach which is free from 1st October to 31st March. There is a charge for parking in the summer months. The decor and fixtures and fittings are all of a high standard. The flat is part of a small, secluded private development. Many of the apartments are permanently occupied and we do ask that guests behave respectfully and bear in mind the comfort of other residents. There is a private road from the apartment to Swanpool Beach which is approximately 5 minutes walk. Free wifi is available throughout the property and there are TVs in the lounge and both bedrooms.
In refurbishing Flat 7, we have considered the requirements of our visitors very carefully. Our approach was to imagine the standard of accommodation that we would expect of a holiday home and ensure that nothing falls short of this. We will be available to help and advise during your stay and all our energy will be dedicated to facilitating a fantastic holiday for our guests.
Swanpool is a sandy cove on the outskirts of Falmouth. The Beach Café serves a selection of teas, coffee, sandwiches and ice cream. There is a Watersports Centre close by which operates all year round teaching and offering equipment for hire for sailing, kayaking, canoeing, coasteering lessons and raft building. Behind the beach is Swanpool Lake. This is a nature reserve that hosts over 100 species of bird including the famous swans! There is also a crazy golf course situated next to the public car park, 50 yds behind the beach. Public toilets are also adjacent to the car park. Swanpool is approximately 20-25 minutes walk from Falmouth town centre and can also be reached on foot via the South West Coast Path that links it to Gyllyngvase Beach (0.5 miles) and Maenporth Beach (2 miles). There is a seasonal dog ban on all Falmouth's beaches from Easter Day to October 31st. Falmouth Golf Club is situated just across the road from Tremorvah Court and there is also a pitch and putt course adjacent to the Golf Club.
