Property information

A great base to explore Cornwall, our ground floor apartment is located in the heart of vibrant and historic Falmouth. Benefiting from a central location with harbour views and just a 15 minute stroll to the stunning Gyllyngvase and Swanpool beaches. Relax in the comfort of your own space and take advantage of easy access to Falmouth's lively town centre. An entire 2 bedroom ground-floor apartment, with its own (compact!) courtyard garden at the rear and to the front with those harbour views. Being part of a Victorian building, it has lots of character and is comfortably appointed to make it a relaxing home for your stay in Falmouth. There are 2 good sized bedrooms, 1 with 1 x kingsized bed and 1 with 2 x single beds and the option for a pull out single bed as well (5 guests in total). Cot available. 1 bathroom with WC and walk in shower. It is ideal for families or up to 5 adults (however, please do take note of the bedroom layout). There is free private parking available on site (please requests when booking), but also there is plenty of on street parking (free & unlimited but cannot be guaranteed outside the property). The minimum stay will vary throughout the year, particularly during high season and Falmouth's event calendar. Generally its a minimum of a 2 x night stay. If we have a gap of 1 x night between reservations we often will accommodate a reservation but it isn't guaranteed (you are welcome to request). This is part of our family home, it's not perfect and we are working on some aspects, but it is fabulous! No Smoking/vaping inside the apartment or the courtyard or front garden. Please ensure the front door is are locked at all times.

Neighbourhood information

A fabulous neighbourhood close to all that Falmouth has to offer. As well as being close to the town, harbour and beaches, the immediate location has a friendly local pub, neighbourhood café and park/play area. The Nest is set above the town so there is a hill climb coming home. There will be noisy seagulls at breeding times of the year, and some noise from the apartment above (as mentioned, this is part of our family home).
