Host’s was super friendly, very welcoming. The pod was absolutely spotless, very cosy and comfortable. Beautiful touch with a heated blanket on bed which made it extra cosy. Loved the chickens and adored the turkey his name was cranberry! He was so friendly and liked lots of attention. Beautiful location! Will definitely be visiting again.

Location, surroundings and layout. Stopped in April. Whether was still relatively cool but the heated blanket and electric radiator made the pod very cozy. Great 24hr dining area and honesty shop with all the essentials. A nice relaxing stay the night before my driving instructing exam which I managed to pass!

Felt so cozy unlike any feeling you’d get in a hotel. Loved the atmosphere being around nature and farm animals. More spacious than we expected with all the bits you need like a mini fridge and heater which were so helpful. Very welcoming and lovely host, definitely coming again! :)

A wonderful place, the cabins are very cosy and warm, the guys are very nice and welcoming, the position is excellent, close to the coast and to a nice village with a great pub. Great breakfast!

It was cosy and nice to be also around wildlife…woken by cockerels was actually nice and it made a pleasant change to our usual hotel stays. This was our first time glamping. Not sure we could do it for more than a few nights but would do it again for sure!. We met briefly a couple of times the guy who runs the glamping site and he seemed a nice guy, thank you. Sorry we didn’t get chance to say good bye and had to hand the key to we believe a friend/the yoga lady?.

Our stay at Penhallow House was absolutely lovely. Set on a farm with friendly animals all around, it offered a serene and beautiful atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, adding to the charm of the whole experience. The glamping tent exceeded our expectations with a super comfy bed, undercover heating for cooler nights, and mood-setting lights that created a perfect environment. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making these accommodations both comfortable and enchanting. Highly recommend for a unique and relaxing time.

Very friendly, welcoming , chill out owners! Everything you need is there for a glamping, family of 4 had a great Easter weekend Bank holiday, we love the chicken and turkey running free. Despite the rain, we loved listening to it in our Pod (us) and tent ( kids) with hot beverage and snacks and even did the BBQ , no phone , playing guitar or cards instead ... Sweet and simple accomodation and facilities with maximum confort The only bad thing is we couldn't stay longer but wanted to stay whole week!

I was here way out of the season in order to attend a business meeting and to catch up with family. Therefore, I didn't expect many of the experiences reported by guests who visit in peak season. I simply wanted a bit of peace and quiet, a warm place to sleep, a simple decent breakfast, broadband to watch TV, a bus to get into Newquay and a safe place to park my motorbike. I got all of these at a fabulous price.

It is a lovely quiet place to stay and was perfect for the intended purpose of the trip which was to relax after a festive event we went to. It was also lovely that we were given breakfast in our lodge and it was delicious!
