Hi there, Please read carefully-If/when you book, then please note I am NOT a hotel. When you book, you'll be booking a bedroom in my flat, as a BnB. "Room with a View" is NOT listed as a hotel. Also, once you book, then PLEASE give me a rough ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), so that I'll know what time to get back if, I have to go out. Check in time will be from the afternoon from 4pm onwards Getting In: Message me on here, or on my phone/via WhatsApp, for keypound details Bathroom: Is first on left as you come into flat I’ve left out a cup for you to put your toothbrushes and toothpaste, razors, etc. Passageway: The boiler cupboard has the hoover, broom, dust pan and brush, steam mop. WIFI Pass: r9dHxBycfkgv and I am going to assume that you have your own laptop/tablets/phones Bedroom: On the bedroom table is a TV remote control for the Smart TV. The other remote above the bed is for the Internet radio. The room also has an exercise bike, microwave, tea & coffee making facilities, iron, bin, laundry basket, hairdryer and towels, and a PS3 for gaming. I will also give you access to a washing machine. The French windows open out to a garden, and if you want to say out there in the evening, I'll ensure you have a gas fire, to keep warm, a table and a chair (s)

Getting Around Town: Nearest station is Forest Hill from there you can get to London Bridge or take overland to Highbury and Islington. Over from the station to the right, on same side as the big Wetherspoons pub are bus stops for 185 and 176 that can respectively take you to; Victoria and Tottenham Court Road. Over the road from the 176/185 stops is a Sainsbury’s and there is a Co-Op, fifty yards down the road from the flat
