Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Stylish two bedroomed flat comprising the top floor of a detached house in a very convenient location in Hemel Hempstead close to J9 of the M1. The flat is perfect for contractors on short term assignments in the locality, each spacious double bedroom having it's own sofa or armchair to relax and watch TV as well as a workspace area. Up to 3 parking spaces on front driveway. Located close to J9 of the M1. Regular complimentary cleaning and linen/towel service included. Wash and dry laundry service for a small charge.
I live on the ground floor of this property in separate accommodation. I work from home as a writer. I am available onsite to address any issues, however your privacy is assured.
The area is quiet and yet very convenient for the M1 - 25 minutes to Staples Corner (A406) and 15 minutes to Luton Airport. Many supermarkets are nearby, some a short walk from the house.
