The welcome pack was a very nice surprise. On arrival, we were able to make a hot drink after a long journey. Had a slight hitch, but owners responded and rectified promptly. Thank you, Steve, and Fiona. We totally recommend this. I'm not sure if I should as it might not be available for us to use in the future. Lovely relaxing break away shame about the weather
