Polzeath is a small village located on the headland opposite Padstow and just a few miles from Wadebridge. There are many local shops providing everything a holidaymaker needs, from surfing equipment to clothes. You can also find a number of stunning walks surrounding the village. The local culinary scene is not to be missed; Polzeath boasts an excellent selection of atmospheric restaurants such as Oystercatcher and The Waterfront; both serving up local ingredients and fresh seafood. Polzeath beach is a haven for surfers and you can learn too at the Surf’s Up School. During the summer season, the beach is watched over by lifeguards during the day.
