Staying at this apartment was really great experience. The host - Patricia - was super caring and nice. Clear instructions, cozy and clean apartment with all what we needed for our stay. Beautiful decorations and overall feeling of the whole place. We have enjoyed it a lot. Highly recommended, worth every €!

We (family of four) had a fantastic stay in Flat Graca 48. Got the keys conveniently from a key lock outside the apartment. Was in contact with Patricia through WhatsApp several times during our stay and she was very attentive and helpful. She is providing a map with directions to recommended restaurants, cafés and places to visit. We had a very good dinner at Tabernario do Bairro (one of Patricia's recommendations) only a few minutes walk from the apartment. We were lucky enough to get a table without reservation but you had better plan ahead and make reservations. The apartment has everything you would need for a few days stay. If we travel to Lisbon in the future we would love to stay at Flat Graca 48 again.

This apartment was one of the most cosy places that I have been into! The host was easy to communicate and also when we entered the music and the lights were on so that we feel good. It has everything you need and it is very clean. I loved the terrace. Moreover the place is very creatively done with a lot of details. Highly recommend! 😊

The flat is cosy and very clean. The rooms are quite small but included everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped and even included items like coffee, a good selection of teas, salt and pepper, oil, which was a lovely touch! The owner met us on arrival and is very helpful and friendly. She shared her mobile number with us in case we needed help with anything and she gave us some great recommendations including a map with sightseeing plans for different days. We used her suggestions and absolutely loved it - she thought of everything including good coffee shops and restaurants in different locations as well as recommending what tram/bus/train to take. We will most certainly try to stay here again if we visit Lisbon in future.

Cozy and fully equipped apartment. Very very attentive host, always available. Patricia helped a lot and made my checkout really easy since I had a delay on my schedule. Great shower, confortable beds, clean and good kitchen equipment. It suits until 4 guests, even if it is 2 couples or one couple with kids. No surprises, the apartment is not less than what's described.
