Very good location, also in a quiet street. Close to public transport and metro station Rato. Also by foot a 20 minutes walk from Time Out Market and several breakfast possibilities in the neighbourhood, such as Marquise, Seagull method cafe, Heim Cafe. The appartment has also a washing machine, what can be very practical.

This flat was the best choice for us. The location is great, near the metro and bus station so you can get to historical sites quickly and also you can get to apartment from airport very easy. We like walking so we went every day on foot to the center of the city. It takes about 15-20 minutes. Very easy communication with host, easy access and nice place with everything you need. The bad was super comfortable. I recommend this nice flat to stay in the one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. If we decide to come back we definitely stay again at the same place.

Der Host hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und uns geholfen. Das Apartment hat alles was man braucht ( sogar Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen). Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen. Eindeutig weiterzuempfehlen!

Αίσθηση καθαριότητας , ήσυχη γειτονιά , ωραία τοποθεσία , αναπαυτικό κρεβάτι , ανακαινισμένο γενικά κτήριο . Το καλύτερο από όλα η άμεση ανταπόκριση από τον ιδιοκτήτη . Από την πρώτη μέρα περίμενε να μπούμε στο διαμέρισμα αν κ φτάσαμε αργα μέχρι την τελευταία μέρα που φύγαμε . Ότι και αν του ζητήσαμε ανταποκρίθηκε .

El depto es hermoso, todo nuevo, esta impecable. Es tal cual las fotos. El dueño esta atento a todos los detalles: nos deĵó agua, capsulas de café, se ocupo de que arreglaran el ascensor cuando le dijimos que tenia una falla. Todo excelente. La ubicación es espectacular, a poco caminando de la estacion de metro Rato. Es una zona Residencial y centrica pero no turistica. Es genial.

Appartamento fornito di tutti i confort, pulitissimo, stoviglie luccicanti, lenzuola e asciugamani candidi e profumati, letto comodo, strada silenziosa, supermercato sotto casa e fermate metro e bus a due passi, proprietaria disponibile, gentilissima e onesta. All'arrivo caffè, zucchero, tisane, frigorifero pulitissimo come tutto l'appartamento.Sapone x la lavatrice, pasticche x la lavastoviglie, sapone x i sanitari, carta igienica, sapone x le mani .... che dire, uno degli appartamenti più pulito e funzionale. Addirittura c'è l'estintore, la coperta in caso di incendio, tutti cartelli che indicano dove trovare le cose, come il fino. Bicchieri, tazze, tazzine, piatti, scodelle, piattini, non mancava proprio nulla. E la disponibilità e la gentilezza della padrona di casa ha comunque fatto la differenza.
