This recently renovated cozy apartment on the second floor (without an elevator), offers the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience. Located in a flat area of Lisbon, just steps away from a variety of shops, restaurants, buses, and metro (Alvalade station with direct connection to the city center), you will have everything you need right at your doorstep. Additionally, the apartment is just a 5-minute drive from the airport, making your travels even more comfortable. Despite being close to the airport, double-paned windows ensure considerable sound and thermal insulation. The apartment has Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms, keeping the environment cool in the warm months and heated in the winter.
The Swallows Nest is managed by Daniel, a tourism professional who for the past 8 years has dedicated himself to providing excellent stays for his guests.
Alvalade, besides being a very central middle-class area of Lisbon, is served by all kinds of local commerce and transportation, having a vast selection of traditional and international restaurants. You can also find within a radius of 600 meters, supermarkets, pharmacies, gardens, parking lots, metro, buses, cinema, trains, sports center, gym, football stadium, museums, the neighborhood police station, banks, local small commerce, etc...
