thin walls, very much heard things I did not want to hear, WC with only one door to the room where you sleep, better to have double doors (understand not possible likely, but then better ventilation required)

Check in was quick and easy. The room was large as was the washroom. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was a typical self serve breakfast offering hot and cold choices.

By a busy main road. Too many flies over the evening and breakfast buffet food . There seemed to be no covers over the food and lots of flies were everywhere. This was very off putting at meal times and must be rectified. I emailed the hotel a day after our visit over lost property and am still waiting for a response. The bike storage was too full of bikes and we struggled to get ours in!

For a hotel in this price class, air conditioning in the rooms would bring a definite plus. On the other hand, we were there in the midst of a very warm period.

Breakfast was great, large variety. Also dinner was very good value for money. Great view from the balcony. Very friendly staff.

The receptionist was very kind and friendly. The breakfast was very tasty. I would definitely recommend it and hopefully we go there again soon.

The price was a little high, but was probably due to the week we chose to stay there. The restaurant is nice and also here the staff is great, but I would Skip it next time, I didn’t find the food so good to come back. But this is just personal taste from an Italian that does not love German/Austrian cusine that much.

The staff is super nice and accommodating. Our room was beautiful and the surroundings are amazing. Moreover I asked in the special request section if I could have some vegan options for breakfast and they really tried to satisfy this request by buying some vegan cheese and vegan ham. First time an hotel goes this far to accommodate me!

It was just like 20 years ago when I visited as a small kid, and I mean that in the most positive way possible. Modernized where needed, but traditional at heart. Large rooms, good food, super staff and great facilities. I’ll miss it.

The staff was really nice and the facilities were great especially hot tub & sauna. The breakfast was delicious also the dinner at the hotel was great too. It is near to the bust stop which takes to zell banhof.

Standard twin room a bit tired looking,with rather outdated decor,although true to photos so can’t really fault - we were too late to book one of the superior rooms,but we’ll surely do it next time!

The owner heated up the saune specifically for us. So we had the wellness area all to ourselves which was very comfy and relaxing.

Really glad I found this hotel. The room was spacious and really comfortable, the food was fantastic in the resto and for the breakfast, felt like home made, the service was incredibly friendly and accommodating, they opened the Sauna for me in the morning even though it opens at 3pm. Highly recommend, I plan to bring back the family for a stay.

We waited for 10 minutes for check-in at the reception. The room was big but old. There was no hand soap and very little shower gel. The breakfast was poor.
