The furniture, decor in the apartment was a little tired/dated.

Could use a face lift, ensuite bathroom was outdated and exhaust fans didn’t work well so after showering a lot of moisture around. The rooms are in need of a fresh coat of paint and some new curtains. Lots of peeling paint around the bathroom ceilings. The second bathroom had been renovated but not well cleaned lots of build up on the shower screen.

Great location massive pool and free parking. Able to walk to palm cove restaurants and cafes. The central garden is a beautiful outlook sitting on the balcony

The rooms need a bit of an upgrade in some respect, aircon we could not seem to turn off, and some items like the curtains a deep clean. Some that would rarely be touched were quite dirty/stained.

The location is one end of palm cove, so central still but not too close that you hear it all. Own parking spot, access to rooms and all areas via secure keycard. The area was quiet and peaceful, apartment had everything we needed, aircon, fans, large fridge for those needing a longer stay. Pool and spa fantastic and grounds were well maintained and close to great food and beverage establishments. The local market was awesome to see, walking along beach dead of night with waves crashing is just a relaxing surreal feeling.

The room we stayed in was in need of some cleaning and TLC. The smoke from the smoker up the hall permeates the room. No exhaust fan in bathroom causes the room to drip with moisture when using the dryer or showering.

Great location, walk to the beach and shops. The pool at the resort was great.

A better cleaning regime for the room.... we had it for 4 days, and hence cleaning atleeast once every couple of days would have been good

The general aesthetics of the place is great.. the pool is nice and big with plenty of loungers.. the spa was nice and big just a shame it didn't work.. the staff where pleasant and helpful when needed

Unfortunately while there we had two alarms go off, one was the room smoke detector whilst we were asleep and it took half an hour for anyone to respond, the other was a building evacuation at 6.45am, another false alarm. These things happen but it freaked our little ones out

The pool is great, even when busy it was never crowded. Location is fantastic, an easy walk to everything as well as literally next door to the Palm Cove Tavern

Our room was very tired and unloved. There was next to no storage for clothes in the rooms and some furniture was broken. Basic glassware, crockery etc.

The pool was fabulous - huge in fact, plus the location of the property was easy to get too and walking distance to everything. The two bedroom apartment was spacious. The staff were very friendly.

The malfunction of the emergency alarm at 6am ! The smell of Cigarettes thru our building. Our room a bit of a hike to the pool So ask to book near the pool. No exhaust fan in the bathroom so it's a hot box. Some pool towels would be good And somewhere to dry things? As using the dryer created more heat In the bathroom!

The location near Palm Tunnel, The pool and spa And grounds beautiful. Our room had all we needed with a balcony in the palms. Staff helpful and friendly. Great value . Loved the little dishwasher!

The apartment facilities was very minimal. If you like to cook then you will not have much to work with. There wasn’t even a salad bowl in the apartment. The bath towels are pretty old and the tea towel was the saddest I have ever seen. I ended up using one of my own towels in the kitchen. Overall it is kind of dated.

The location is great and the pool is really nice. The staff are really nice and welcoming and I appreciated their help booking trips etc..

Spa was out of order and only repaired the day before we left. Lighting was not working at BBQ area.

Pool and surrounds were amazing. Beds were very comfortable and it was great to have washing machine and dryer in our studio apartment.

Spa was not working, BBQ Lights were not working, Lifts were not working so used another lift which was 1km far from room to car park. First day there was a under water pipe broken so no water for whole day.

The lounge on balcony uncomfortable. And unfortunately the lift was out of action in our area. Maybe an oven dish/ microwave dish would be helpful. And basic condiments eg salt/ pepper would be appreciated.

The apartment was roomy and had a pool view. Sound proof balcony door was good. Very clean and staff very nice and friendly.

apartments were great- we had an after hours check in which we thought would be easy- code given was incorrect we had to call after hours number at midnight which was inconvience... no apology given..... when we swam in the pool 2 days later we were questioned if we were guests and had to give identification(this was by same lady that had to come down at midnight to help us) take this out of the equation eveything else was perfect!!

the shower over the bath was a bit out dated and there were a few dead cockroaches around the bottoms of the blinds. Wish the spa was working though. Staff were a little unpleasant.
