We had an issue the reservoir in out WC, however the hotel team was very quick to solve it.

Excellent value for your money. Friendly staff, always open to solve issues. Decent breakfast very close to the city commercial center (We had a walked from our hotel until the Singing Fountain, then moved on Nobet Tepe and had our dinner at the Kabana area and walked back). The free parking allowed us to visit the city without having to worry about our car in a closed garage under the hotel.

The swimming pool and the spa are part of a public sports center, so it gets really busy with swimming lessons for children and adults,, people training and a few men who get into the sauna and the small jacuzzi and spend hours talking business, so nobody else can use it

Everything. They gave us an upgrade in the room we had rented and free access to the swimming pool and the spa for the three of us. The hotel staff were really helpful with a little problem we had with our rental car. Great location to walk everywhere and great view from the window. Private free parking underground. Little presents for our daughter and some sweets at our arrival and more sweets when we arrived back to our room in the evening. Great breakfast (except for the coffee and the juices)

Location is great (in city center, walking distance to city sights and monuments), this hotel has private parking, casino (where you can also change money into local currency), nice pool and sauna (hot tub is poor), breakfast is amazing (you have literally everything), stuff is helpful

Well I stay always at this hotel for work. It is located at very centric place with parking facilities. Large reception a lot of space. Good restaurant in it. Large room, well equipped, comfortable beds.Everything you need for work travel. The hotel is also convenient for organizing meeting as there are a lot of space.

There was no electrical outlet for hair dryer or shaver in the bathroom.

The location is great. It is near the Maritsa river and I had full view of the river from my room. The room was big enough and clean. It had a fully equipped mini bar. I liked the security feature where the elevator only works using the magnetic card of your room.

Excellent location, on the banks of the Maritsa River, with a beautiful view from the window. Walking distance to the city center is 10 minutes. We received a free upgrade on the 8th floor. An interesting modern interior, complemented by mirrors, creates a good mood. The room is clean, there is a kettle and everything you need. Special thanks for the SPA. Open from 6am to 10pm! Very comfortably. Large swimming pool, sauna, everything works. Special thanks for the breakfasts. Large selection, everything is very tasty. Great coffee. Parking is free, which is of course a big plus. We were a little late in the city and needed to leave the car in the parking lot for a couple of hours after check-out, the hotel staff kindly agreed to provide it with a fee of 3 leva per hour, but when we returned to pay, we were informed that it was a gift.

You can't often see big city hotels with a lot of reviews being scored with 9+ rating. But once you go there and experience the level of service, the renovated facilities, and generally the Management's attention to detail, then you realise why. Outstanding customer service from free SPA services as a compliment through small presents for the kids to constant looking for our feedback. If you want to have good time in Plovdiv, be close to downtown and major points of interest, and have various "in-house" options for entertainment such as bowling, arcade games, casino - all of that for very reasonable prices, then that's your place!

The only thing that I didn’t like anout the room was the heating because 1)When we turned it on it felt like it didn’t really make a difference 2)The air conditioning made quite alot of noise so we had to turn it off, but besides that I think it was a great hotel!

I loved the fact that the staff were very freindly and loved to help.They even left balloons and snacks for kids!☺️

Very long que to coffee machine so it is difficult to access the juice and water. I have seen many guests has troubles of using the elevator as the system response slowly. Nice view from the window to the river and old city, but the roof of restaurants looks not nice due to the damaged windows. The aircon was not responding to lowering the temperature (I forgot to report this information to reception, otherwise they might help with it).

Central location with walking distance to all attractions. Room is good with many facilities. Nice to receive the upgrade with complimentary access to swimming pool, but it would be nice to receive such a message before to have possibility to take a swimming pants :-) Great assistance from reservation where they helped to arrange the airport transfer.

it's the same quality of service every time. The hotel really has an ideal location, parking, restaurant, casino and much more. the staff is really very smiling, there was a seminar with a lot of people but despite that we never waited.
