Walls are so thin you could hear people talking and their TV. Did not get good sleep.

The hotel has a nice location, surrounded by a park. The rooms have balconies and are relatively big. The staff is friendly and the pool is very good.

We went on a one day trip, on a Sunday, thinking that because it was Sunday it would be somewhat calm. We were wrong, it was crowded. The smaller pools were always full, lots of children around, which means it's good for families but certainly not for adults (only adults travelling I mean) that want a peaceful retreat. There is a big pool which was never crowded, but maybe because it's quite deep in all its length, so only for swimmers. Other than that, the facilities in general are quite clean and well maintained.

Comfortable bed and good location. Breakfast is buffet style, varied and good in general.

We had a terrible experience with one particular staff member who wrongfully accused us of smoking in the restaurant. Later we asked her if they managed to check the cameras and see we weren’t smoking, and she said she did, but will not apologise for her behaviour (which was very rude). Other than that, everyone else from the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Swimming pool - great!! I mean great for swimmers - 25m, with corridors. A bit warm - 29-30 degrees Celsius, but it is very clean. The outside jacuzzi and cooling pool are also very nice.. Spa zone is very good. Massage service is 9/10. Breakfast is good.

The architecture and layout of the hotel were really dazzling. The long way between the room and the spa especially. The breakfast was abundant but tasteless and bland. The whole hotel was oversaturated with some sort of air refresher, which has settled deep into our bones. Most of the staff was rude and unpleasant. The "deluxe" spa is really not so deluxe, nor it has the capacity to serve all of the clients of the hotel, not to mention that we got lost at least three times trying to find it. Most of the pools and the hamam were not working, probably because we went out of season.

The hotel is old and the SPA is also old and crowded. For this price, it should be more up-to-date.

The hotel has a very nice garden and view. The restaurants were tasty and the service was very good.

The breakfast area was crowded even though they did try to comply with the COVID19 safety measures and it was hard to keep distance from people. Everyone were given masks and gloves to use but often you can see people forgetting to wear them if they go for a refill. And there were no available dining tables outside where one can enjoy breakfast in the sun and the fresh air. There was a restaurant on the top floor with a panorama view but the quality of the food there (in my opinion) was disappointing. However the restaurants near by the complex were more than satisfying.

The pools were very good and the fact that there were 4 different temperatures (counting only the ones outside) to choose from was even better. The room was larger than expected, cleaned daily and up to standard and the staff were very polite.

Unfortunately, it's quite noisy during the day. If you try to take a nap in the afternoon all the time there is much noise from the corridor due to too many rooms per floor.

There are many amenities, garden, warm pools. The bathrooms is modern and clean, rooms are nice with a view to the garden.

Very little, my biggest disappointment was at night the pool and surrounding areas was lit up like at a night time football match and as an amateur astronomer with one night of our stay during the Perseids meteor shower peak, the light pollution was horrendous.

The room was a little dated but good and comfortable, The pool facilities are excellent, we were very pleased. Breakfast in some reviews were not very good, but we have to tell all, that the food was excellent and a very good choice of food including full English breakfast. Other facilities are also very good but some at extra cost.

Great hotel with excellent spa. 3 outdoor pools and 2 indoor pools. Perfect if you are with kids. Restaurant is close to the pool and food is great and served fast.

The spa was closed for renovation, there was no mentioning about it while making the reservation.. would have chosen something else.. Room and hotel interior needs a bit of an update.

The hotel's building and some of the furniture seemed very old-fashioned (but not old), which of course doesn't cause any pain, only amusement. The restaurant on top didn't have any suitable meals for children, but I appreciate they did small exceptions to feed the little one. I highly appreciate the children's room, but it was clearly neglected and messy, many of the toys and equipment were already broken, and it overall, it would have higher value for me if it was placed as a separate corner within the restaurant. The children's playground outside was also very neglected, somewhat risky equipment, and not very interesting. Good thing there was a city playground nearby. At the end, I did have problem with booking.com and the hotel blocking half the accommodation amount (during the free cancellation period), and then when I authorized using the blocked amount for payment, communication with the bank didn't go well and I was actually charged with an additional amount, but the blocked amount was not released. Communication with the bank is left for me to handle, which leaves me with very unpleasant feeling.

Breakfast at the hotel was abundant and there was enough fresh food for every taste. The pools were exceptional, there were children zones too, everything seemed very clean and well organized. The room was fine, and not too small (we did have a double room with one large bed for the three of us), hair driers in the bathroom, which was very important after pool, very new sanitary ware, good ventilation, room cleaning every day. Well organized spa procedures and massages. I am overall very pleased with our stay at the Hissar Spa Hotel.

Small SPA area for this big hotel. Steam bath is really small for 4-5 people only. The food in the restaurants is really basic and not delicious. Definitely overpriced food for its quality. The other absurd thing is that you have to make an appointment in advance for a massage. Basic breakfast. The gym is old, with old and broken equipment.

Perfect staff members at the reception and lobby. Clean rooms, excellent location, best view from the room. Lifeguards are really friendly.
