All staff were so lovely and polite! The bed was also very comfortable and they actually gave me a double bed rather than two singles like a lot of other hotels do for some reason. There was a TV, a kettle with some coffees and teas, plenty of toiletries and towels in the bathroom, and USB charging which was fortunate as I didn’t bring the correct travel adapter for Belgium. Be aware that it’s a while away from the centre of Brussels, but there is a tram stop which takes 60 seconds to walk to so it wasn’t really a problem for me. It is right near the Atomium, Mini Europe and a stadium and there are bars and restaurants on the street

Room was a little smaller than I expected, particularly the bathroom. It definitely wouldn’t hurt to refurbish and modernise the rooms a little. To be fair, it seems quite common for all Best Western hotel rooms to be in need of an upgrade, not just this particular hotel. I arrived quite late at night and needed a drink and a small snack, so was a little disapproving see the vending machine completely empty.

Very large room with a comfortable bed and high ceiling. The building is clearly very old and has been converted. Decent restaurant on site with pleasant dining room and good value breakfast, well above average. In a nice location next to attractive parks. It was quiet overnight and I slept well. Secure underground carpark with a designated area for bikes.

The layout of the room was unusual presumably due to the conversion. The shower over the bath wasn't the best design - awkwardly positioned with the hose from the tap being too short (no separate shower). The bathroom is essentially open to the room behind 2m wall. The room was pretty dark even in sunlight with only one smallish window.

The nature in the surrounding area was very beautiful, and the city of Dinant was very lovely. Dinant was well worth seeing, but the nature around the accommodation was also extremely worthwhile. You could also go for a very nice hike along the Les Cascatelles promenade or go for kayak at the river lesse.

Not recommended if you are arriving without a car and are not willing to manage with the limited bus services. The accommodation itself was quite good, but unfortunately, we had a small ant infestation in the dining room, which presumably existed before our arrival. However, this could be managed quite well with a bit of fruit and vinegar. Unfortunately, the heating did not work either, and due to the language barrier, we didn't bother calling the technician. However, a space heater was provided, which supplied the necessary warmth.

The room could have a few essentials such as a kettle/ small coffee maker and tea/coffee. My room was abit far from the reception. Have some one ideally show the direction on the first day.

I booked through Booking and when I arrived at the hotel they wanted to charge me a higher price, I pointed it out and they told me to pay on the next day. The next day I paid by creditcard. The same day I recived a notification through booking indicating that I did not shown up at the Hotel, I sent the recipt payment to Booking inmediatly. Now they charge me again at the creditcard wich I made the reservation, but I already paid for my stay. They have been very unpleasant in dealing with this situation, this is a robbery.
