This hotel was located close to the airport, very convenient for short stop-overs in Brunei. The hotel also had a restaurant onsite which we really enjoyed. The restaurant prices were affordable and the food was great, we ended up eating there twice. The staff at the restaurant were also great, very friendly and charming. The hotel is also just a short drive away from Gadong night market.

Good brekkie spread, including vegan options. This hotel offers a free airport pick up and drop off plus their driver will take you to tourists attractions which is a big bonus. Room was very spacious, clean and quiet. All in all, a really nice place and staff were very helpful.

The room is big and comfortable. The air conditioner is also good and cold. The room is very clean and the rooms are protected by a sliding door that can only be open with room card. The TV channels are good too (not RTB only channel)

There was no shampoo provided and dry tissue. Waited a bit of time to check out than any regular check out from any other hotel.

Stay here for 5 of us in the family all adults and the youngest is 14 years old. Room clean everyday and staff are friendly.

No lift. Must used stairs to top level everyday. Need to ask for extra blanket from room services but only available during day hours.

We cannot open our room due to a malfunction card and had to wait for a manual key. It takes about 15 minutes to open. It would be nice if they checked earlier.
