Lovely up to date and modern apartments with option for paid undercroft parking if reserved in advance. Easy access from the car park into the property and lift available to apartments. Plenty of space inside and a comfortable size for a family with a washing machine and small kitchen area so very well equipped. A leaflet inside the apartment recommended a cable car journey at Schauinslandbahn, just a few minutes away. Very reasonably priced, this was the highlight of our trip, an incredible journey to the top of the snowy mountains and an amazing viewpoint and coffee shop/cafe with cake - delicious! I would highly recommend staying here and exploring the area. Reception staff were also very polite and helpful (even in English as my German is not great) and there is a lovely Backerei serving delicious cakes, drinks and breakfast items with the most wonderful smell travelling throughout the downstairs of the accommodation.

Initially thought the room was dirty as floor had some fluff and a lot of dirty marks, however to be fair the bathroom , bed and rest of room was very clean. Was only given 1 single toilet roll throughout the whole stay (even though it was only half used!) would have expected a spare. Room.advertised as tea/ coffee maker etc however there was only 3 fruit tea bags, would have expected some coffee sachets and some milk containers.

that there was no reception on Saturday afternoon, i had to ring the owner and after i received a special code i received a key to enter the property and enter my room. Also there was a notification that there would be breakfast from 7:30 in the basement but when i visited the basement there was no breakfast at all. So I had to buy bread myself at a bakkery
