Beautiful building with great art work the rooms were exceptional and we had a sea view. Lovely fresh breakfast with a very good selection for everyone Parking was easy We managed to park outside. Walks along the promenade right outside the front of the hotel. Would definitely stay again and recommend

The Savoy is more than a hotel it is a family. Once you're a guest, you are treated as a family. Excellent fresh food cooked on the premises locally sourced. From the receptionist to the management, they all will go out there way to ensure your stay is enjoyable

I personally could not actually find fault with anything. Naturally, the hotel guests are coming and going, so small matters need attention. Which gets put right when time permits.

Very easy to find. Really great staff that meet us at the door. Gave us an upgrade ( thank you) Clean sheets and towels and a beautiful breakfast in the morning. Helped with giving us directions and send us along the next day for a very pleasant drive.

Warm and welcoming . All staff very helpful . Car park is an essential facility . The included breakfast offered a good choice and was plentiful . Location is good but a fair walk from the City Centre .

I did not like being convinced that the big dog, which is freely walking in the pub area (check in and breakfast area), is fine to be near me. I have my reason why I don't want dogs near me, and I didn't like that staff was pushing my boundaries. The customer needs were not respected in that case. It was a stressful experience to check in, leave the place, and keep asking to keep the dog away.

The whole hotel needs renovation, the carpet and furniture were stained, not sure what with! The shower was slow with hardly any water pressure. Had the smallest TV in the world and the bed was uncomfortable! On my last day I got blocked in by a delivery driver who refused to move before he was finished, making me half an hour late for my appointment, nobody in the hotel helped
