The location was great - close to the morning markets, museums and old town. Staff were very friendly and accomodating to each enquiry, the lounge area also provides free drinks between 5 pm - 11 pm which is really nice. The room itself was very comfortable and spacious, making my stay quite enjoyable and less restricting.

Great location, 10 mins walking from Shinjuku train station, comfortable beds and the staff were lovely. There was a lovely bar, restaurant and superb bakery attached.

The coin laundry was helpful to have on site in the hotel but the machines were constantly busy and barely dried our clothes which caused some issues. Rooms were small but that is to be expected in Japan.

Free shuttle to the airport terminals wast great. They used a coach bus and not a van so plenty of room. I wish they had free shuttle pick-up from the terminals.
