Convenient and near the Aomori Station. Front desk staff and housekeepers are very polite. Rooms are clean and provided necessary essentials. Bath salt available at front desk lobby. Value for money with breakfast included.

The location was superb. Facilities were nice. Unfortunately, with many Korean tourists checked-in during my stay, the facilities were overused and not particularly clean for those days with many tourists.

Check-in time was too late at 3pm. could've used a shower before that since we've been flying overnight.

Good overall vibe, good location - central but next to a quiet park, close to everything you need, good restaurant, good laundry facilities, very good staff.

The room had a slight smell to it, the coffee was not very good (both the brewed coffee at breakfast and the espresso)

Staff, location, and rooms were very nice. Great amenities and staff willing to help. Family mart, 7 eleven and subway very close distance.

Only issue we had was the bedside light switches always had some light coming from them which we found annoying as we like a dark room to sleep in.

Nothing much to fault but it would help to have a little written instructions on how to turn the AirCon (AC) ON as there were about 4days we slept without AC and we can't sleep because it was so humid Also maybe a body lotion would be nice addition to the toiletries. Happy experience overall.
