Positive section of review
We were welcomed into the Riad by our wonderful hosts. Our room was excellent comfortable with all the amenities we needed. We used the roof top pool which was lovely the roof terrace has sunbeds towels and sun hats for guests to use. Our hosts were informative and helped organise our weekend. We loved Marrakech and will definitely return to Les Hirondelles.

Beautiful riad, freat staff, like everything a little hard to find but no big deal, type it into google maps. Good breakfast, very beautiful property, large comfy room. We really enjoyed it. You can use the rooftop swimming pool of the sister riad but we didn't have time to do that at the end.

Very nice and friendly staff. Clean hotel with beautiful rooms. Great location. We enjoyed nice walks in the Kasbah, in the old Medina, along the beaches and to the local attractions.

The hotel is fairly new and very clean. The staff was really friendly, Hassan even helped me with some issues related to my flight itenaries. Spacious rooms and good breakfast.

Good location. Very friendly staff but the person there all the time doesn't speak French or English. Her brother who sometimes is there, does.

Bedroom and bathroom not very clean. Only one towel each. Minimum breakfast. Shower needs revision.

Very spacious, convenient location. We had our cars parked around the corner at a police station. Washing machine on site. Quiet and safe area.

Somewhat difficult to get the keys. We had the apartment from 15:00, but cleaning lady stayed until 17:00 including smoking break ... only to show up again at point 10:00 in the morning.

The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the Jemaa el Fna. But at the same time it's nice, and quiet there. Perfect location.

The kitchen staff were unhelpful and dangerously uneducated about food allergies. I booked vegan food and confirmed with reception after checking in, but there were no labels or allergy ingredients listed on any of the food at breakfast. Staff didn't want to help me, eventually one of the chefs said he'll show me what I can eat and he kept showing me meals that 100% had eggs and dairy in them, which he also later admitted... Disaster. I could have gotten seriously sick.
