The location is suitable to get to the main attractions because is in Times Square. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room clean and bed very comfortable. We could leave the luggage while we were out before going to the airport. We appreciate making coffee in the morning using the machine in the room..

I was very upset discovering that I had to pay a deposit of 300$ for each room ( I booked 3) only 2 day before I arrived at the hotel. It wasn't mentioned on the hotel site so I found it not correct. Then it was told that the deposit would be given after 30 days. It has been the first time that happened to me so please be aware of these details before booking.

Breakfast was great and the location was perfect to explore, i loved they had fresh coffee all day and the staff were very friendly, I felt really safe and welcomed. Full credit to all the staff that run this hotel on a daily basis..they were wonderful

Stayed here while passing on a road trip. The hotel is in a great spot, with great places to eat around it. Super classy decor, with a boutique feel. And very comfortable. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Excellent location, well cleaned and tastfully decorated room. Rooftop pool was nice. Access with the door code was very convenient, no worries about losing the keys.

Everything was functional and clean but the room would benefit from a touch-up, there were signs of normal wear-and-tear.

The location of the hotel is good as it in walking distance to a lot of attractions and eateries. The room was fine and clean.

Our room was locked and we had to go up and down to the lobby to get this resolved 4 or 5 times. There was a lot of waiting around so we ended up wasting at least an hour of our time. Also, we booked our room through a 3rd party but got billed again through the hotel. I had to call the hotel and wasted more time to get the extra charges sorted out.

We thought from the pictures that we had self catering - with a kitchen - it wasn’t the case so we had to spend more than expected going out for breakfast lunch and dinner. Staff tried to switch the appt for no extra cost but nothing was available. Bathroom quite small
