We really enjoyed our stay here, the room was lovely and spacious with good AC. The staff here were really welcoming and even helped organise a private trip for us. The food at the restaurant was really good as well, hot and fresh! Location was good with beautiful views of the lake, only a short walk down to the main strip with restaurants. Laundry was reasonable and came back fresh and quickly!

Not the hotels fault but there is a church right next door that plays prayers through a megaphone super early in the morning (around 5am). It was SO loud in our room and it woke us up every day. The staff did keep apologising for this, maybe earplugs should be provided in the room for guests.

We had a very cozy and clean room. The staff was super friendly and helped us where they could. The location was ideal cause it was close to the main road but still very calm. We had a nice stay and would recommend the place.

The location is near to the city.. I enjoy the view of the hotel. The staff all friendly and helping. It just walking distance to Sapa Station, Sapa City Center and Halal Restaurant. Very Recommended.

Clean. Comfortable. Reasonable price. Very good breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Limited day light coming into the room due to the main window being block by a wall. Could have been closer to city and main attractions. Area is a bit noisy and dirty. A pool to cool off in would have been nice. As I said reasonable price but probably could have found something better due to the big choices in Saigon but still was nice and no regrets.
