Great location and within easy walking distance of all of the main attractions. Terrific staff, friendly and very helpful. Booked a couple of trips for me. Large comfortable room with recently refurbished bathroom. Excellent breakfast every morning.

The air conditioning could be a bit more effective. No air in the lift, of which there is only one. A slightly unusual set up for the breakfast arrangement. The dinning room is air conditioned, the food buffet is air conditioned but you walk between these two areas and there’s no air conditioning, very hot. The pool is a very big disappointment, it really is just a plunge pool, tiny.

Location is a short walk to town, Sun Plaza, Tourism Centre, ATM, shops and restaurants, etc. There is a mountain view unless it is foggy. Staff are friendly, courteous, and most helpful to queries and assistance. Thank you all so much!

Could do with replacing 1 or 2 items due to wear and tear to furnishings. The room needed some airing before i arrived. All good after I did.

Great modern hotel with nice rooms, very comfortable beds, convenient location, friendly staff (David went out of his way to be informative and hospitable) great breakfast and nice executive lounge. Would be happy to go back again.

Easy checkin. The receptionist wait for us for late checkin. We can store our luggages at the hotel after checkout so we can walk freely while waiting for the night bus. Near to the centre and most of the attractions.

They provide different room from what we booked and only realized it after we settled down in the room. Hence, we have to pay additional price for the room.

Spacious, nicely furnished room and bathroom. Immediate hot water in the shower. Beautiful view, few minutes walk from main walking area/ restaurants/ shops. Good hotel to stay

At certain days/ time can be very crowded during breakfast due to organized tours. The restaurant is spacious and the food is always there just lots of people. Keep in mind to climb up the hill or stairs to get there :).

Location was great, free bikes were nice to use. Staff friendly and helpful suggesting tours (lantern making fantastic). We enjoyed the pool and it was a great stay.

Our balcony view wasn't the best but someone has to stay in those rooms! Really tricky to dry towels but not hotels fault, it's that time of the year where humidity is high.
