Noisy from 8am maids cleaning rooms and dragging beds, if your an early bird your ok but not if you like to sleep in 🤣 doors slamming alot which can be heard due to the way the rooms are on a spiral but i wouldnt let this put you off staying here

Shower wasn't cleaned.id dropped conditioner sachet the 2 Nd day and wasn't taken away or top of raszor.no changing facilities on the last day .if Ur not comfortable with the person seeing you use the bathroom..then this is not for you

The room however is the bad point in my opinion (I booked a basic one, which may be the reason it was not great?) Even though the room has a nice balcony (with partial sea view - worth mentioning), the room was way too small, AC was not working properly (difficulties to fall asleep due to the heat), bad smell in the bathroom (due to humidity problems), very noisy as you can here everything from other rooms and corridor and overall state of the room needs a little touch up.

Great location, friendly staff and the Skybar is definitely a plus.

Great location, have stayed here a few times and will be back soon. Across the road from the beach and just around the corner from fish alley with plenty of bars and restaurants. Hotel was lovely and clean.

Room, Small, not impressed with bathroom been open plan to room, Only had a side view of sea front when i booked sea view, there is a difference. Was in Room 303, People in Room 304 always slammed the door shut at all times of the day. Breakfast, N/A

Daily issue with cards opening bedroom door. Obvious from inside door that it had been forced open at some stage prior to us being allocated the room. Confusion with staff on arrival with type of room booked.

Only having a door screen for the toilet & shower. But I believe that can with most places in Spain. The lifts were a bit on the small size, so a slightly longer wait for them.

I have visited the hotel on 4 different occasions and always booked a room with sea view. The hotel has a rooftop swimming pool which also has a bar. Loungers are very comfortable and a great place to chill out. Hotel is very conveniently located close to marina and Fish valley which has nice bar's and restaurants. The train station is less than a 10 minute straight walk from the hotel. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Very noisy at night, noisy drunk men mainly 2 in the morning shouting loudly outside our room. There was also a dog in one of the rooms barking loudly.

Although the majority of the staff was cordial, there was one exception. I, like most travelers, expect hotel receptionists to look up from their computers when I approach. Perhaps because he hadn't yet had his morning coffee, this wasn't the experience with one individual. Not only was his demeanor lacking personal attention, but his response to my question was one of "you're annoying me" as he barely looked away from the computer. I only wanted to know if there was access to a clothing iron and if I could find coffee. The answer to both was no. It was 7 am - the hotel has no irons, not even to lend out through housekeeping. I know that irons are restricted in some countries, but Spain isn't one of them. At the very least, a clothing steamer could be available. The only coffee available is by purchasing the full breakfast buffet - don't expect to walk into the restaurant and order just coffee - and breakfast service begins at 7:30 (it's virtually impossible to find something open on the street that early). For early risers who like to start their day with coffee, this could be a problem. Begrudgingly, I paid for the €11 buffet, which certainly wouldn't win any awards. Overall, it wasn't bad (the scrambled eggs were undercooked and the bacon wasn't bacon). However, it's disappointing to find processed orange juice instead of the real thing, especially when even the smallest out-of-the-way hole-in-a-wall bar anywhere in Spain serves up fresh orange juice. To me, that says a lot about the level of pride the hotel has in its service. I realize it's only a 3-star hotel, but it's a €94/night 3-star hotel. I would have expected a little more - perhaps even a coffee machine in the lobby, but then they would lose out on their overpriced breakfast sales. There's also no mini-fridge in the room, so don't expect to keep any beverages cold.

Excellent location in front of the beaches with easy access to all of the area's amenities. The majority of the staff is very cordial and attentive, easy to interact with and pleasant. For the most part, the room was quiet but only outfitted with the bare essentials. I was given a room on the top floor, which had awesome views of the ocean, beaches, and marina. Very clean and properly made up for new arrivals.

Bathroom privacy totally unacceptable

Location is good. The hotel is clean. Breakfast plenty of choice, but the hot food was luke warm, apart from the scrambled and boiled eggs.. The rooms are small, no privacy at all when using the bathroom, its in the same room, with only a frosted glass partition. No lift to the breakfast area, so not suitable for disabled people with walking difficulties . Reception staff helpful
