  • Parkfield (Chepstow BnB) Review score: 9.2

“What an amazing little gem! Comfy, spacious and clean rooms, with all that you might need. Great to have your own parking space, location is a perfect getaway and the host just makes the whole place shine - not to mention the excellent breakfast that’s served! 10/10 will recommend and would return again!! Thank you so much!”

“Pleasant pub with rooms upstairs. Friendly staff and easy check-in. Room a bit tired but bed very comfortable and everything clean and tidy. Conveniently located in the centre of Chepstow a few minutes from the motorway and Severn Bridge. Nice town with castle, Wye Bridge and shops all in easy walking distance.”

“Elizabeth was wonderful to deal with from start to finish :) straight forward and helpful”

  • The Beaufort Hotel Review score: 7.6

“The room had an awful smell, the light bulbs in the side lights didn't work, the surfaces were sticky to the touch, no mains socket near the bed for medical equipment. Furnishings a bit scruffy. Breakfast was ok but only one piece of toast each offered. Not what I expect for £100.00 a night. Sorry. Very disappointed.”

“The bed was very comfortable, and the property itself was very tranquil. Shower was also good. Room was large. I needed to phone for help in finding room, and staff were very helpful.”

“The location was perfect for what I needed. Easy walk from the train station and close to the start of my race (Wild Horse 200) at the Boat Inn. The bedroom itself was spacious and comfortable. There was a bath. There was no breakfast provided but as I had a 5am start to my day, this was not expected. There are no staff so access instructions are sent to you via text message on the day of your arrival. It worked fine for me.”
