  “The service and staff.... I had to travel for work + family and I made a mistake on my bookings which left me in different rooms for each day. Without even asking, they had sorted it out for me, which meant I didn't have to move rooms (check out and check in again) with my daughters under 3. Really appreciated that. Thank you.”

  “I've stayed here previously but 1st time since take over & improvements. We had 2 adults & a dog. Had a warm welcome, staff were friendly & accommodating, lovely improvements. At the top of steep hill/bailgate. Great location for castle & Cathedral, shops, pubs/eateries. Ideal for us visiting family.”
