A very pleasant and decorative boutique hotel. Stuff was very nice and willing to assist. We stayed in a large super-clean suite with nice views of the city. The hotel location was great as it is very close to the northern exit for those who are heading to Lamia. Breakfast was fresh and rich. We like the atmosphere. This is the second time we stay in the same hotel, and we love it very much!!

We cannot say enough about this outstanding property. First of all, the staff were amazing. We were always greeted with a smile and they went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The ambience was cozy and elegant without being pretentious. The rooms were spotless and the beds were super comfy. The water, coffee and tea in the rooms were a nice touch, and the included breakfast was more than we could have asked for. Well done Coco-Mat!

Absolutely nothing not to like other than our room was a lot smaller than had hoped and we had booked a twin (mother and daughter) but we ended up with a double, albeit a super large one.

Exceptional staff, exceptional food, calm tranquil atmosphere and we would stay again. Oh and of course as expected amazing beds, bed linen and towels 😀

The bathroom had a sewage smell that went away once we started using the water. Still, going forward, this issue should be investigated and solved. Take into consideration that the city centre is 30 min away via metro. We knew that before booking the hotel, therefore it wasn't a problem for us, just trying to let other travelers know.

unfortunatelly it's qute far from the city centre, so when we arrived before midnight we couldn't grab anything to eat. I'm writing this just for awareness of other guests. It's strictly connected with the location of the hotel, so everyone should just be aware of it.

Rooms are known the small side. Shower is one with the floor and the protective door does not keep the water from flowing.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable beds and really nice breakfast. Even though it’s not in the city centre we really enjoyed the tranquillity of the location.Perfect if you have a car as you escape the parking chaos that is the city centre.

It was fine for me but there were lots of stairs going up to the suite and inside it, so would not suit anyone with mobility issues.

I was fortunate to be upgraded to a suite which was really spacious and comfortable and had good views over the city. The restaurant was excellent, a pleasant environment to eat in as a solo traveller and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were super helpful and polite. The hotel is in a pleasant suburb and feels very safe for a lone traveller. It's a short walk to a metro station.

I would appreciate more storage for clothes and an option to lounge indoors in winter.

Quiet location in busy Kifisia. CocoMat is a butique hotel with attention to open-space modern design. Bedroom equipped with their own matrace, pillow and duvet in eco-design. You can also purchase the same bedding from CocoMat shop. Personnel was very friendly and available 24 h. Large terrase to lounge.
