We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel is well designed, very well placed in the small town, it's clean and the restaurant has also very good food at decent prices.

LatviaConsidering that there was a misunderstanding in the reservation, the hotel gave us a better room as an apology. It was very kind of them, because we had spent more than 10 hours on the road and were very tired. Many thanks to them for that. The hotel is comfortable, clean, with a very good breakfast. The car can be parked in the hotel yard.

SerbiaCheck-in is late, at 3PM. Breakfast and dinner are ok, but one minor thing should be corrected- dinner food has only labels on Hungarian! You can ask staff what is what but it would be ok to have labels in english at least, if not in Serbian and Romanian, who with Hungarians are 98% of guests.
