“The hosts are really kind and make effort to be supportive anytime. You have possibility to eat at their restaurant with a nice terrace and the food is delicious. They also provide a tour to Bromo crater with staff really kind. During the way back to my girlfriend forgot her cellphone in the jeep, and they were talking among them to arrange the best way possible they bring it back to us before our train departa, even before we realized it was missing. In the lodging, Restu, one of the host asked us for a feedback of the service in order to improve their service to the guests. He is truly committed to offer the best experience. “The rooms were overall kept in great condition. I stayed in the 8 people bunk and there was even a curtain by the bed which allowed you to maintain your privacy even while staying with other strangers. The hosts were friendly and responsive (when I needed help to catch a bug...). They also did frequent housekeeping and I would sometimes catch them around the house sweeping the floor or cleaning the tables. The interior design of the property was also very pretty and pleasing to the eyes, so you will be able to take some very pretty photos here!”
