The only thing that could have been better was the air conditioning - didn’t feel very strong even when on high. So the room was always quite warm.

My only criticism was that they allowed a family to plug in a speaker with really loud dance music by the pool (unbelievably rude of the guests - they weren't kids - the guy was in his 50s!). It was very disturbing in the usual peaceful poolside atmosphere for other guests - eventually they did turn it off but guests had to complain first. It wasn't the hotel's fault, but they should have dealt with it more swiftly. It was still an amazing stay and I would recommend as the place to stay in Seminyak.

From the moment we got there, the service was amazing, helpful and friendly. Room was very comfortable, pool was amazing and breakfast was really plentiful and varied. I had a lovely massage in the spa. It is definitely an oasis from the busy streets. The location was also great for local restaurants bars and shop, easy walking distance.

We feel very welcomed! We were greeted by the warm and helpful staff everywhere we went to. The rooms were huge too and there is even a pillow menu to customise to our needs. we had a relaxed holiday! Thank you!

The humidity in the bedroom, the bed sheet was always feeling wait, our clothes when we came home had very bad smell from the humidity. But this is only a constructive critisim, its only for you to be aware and maybe finding a solution like maybe a putting a humidy absorber in each bedroom. Everything else was perfect

The choice for breakfast was enormous, great quality and savour. The room were big, had lots of little things that hotel usually dont have razor, brush, comb, nail kit etc.... Spa on the balcony was a very nice surprise as well.

The villa was really comfortable. The team at Trans Resort are exceptional at every point, at every service. Need a cab, need a restaurant booking..or a recommendation, just ask, it’s taken care of. An easy walk to some of the best eatery’s and shopping in Seminyak. Ginger Moon, Bo and Bun, Jackson Lilly’s..

Kids Club was meant to be open at 9am but when we got there the staff was still busy cleaning, the lights were switched off and they were not ready. Kids Club could be improved in general. It didn't have much.

Trans Resort feels more like a 6 star hotel. The rooms are huge, outdoor jacuzzi is amazing, towels and bath mats are plush and luxurious, bed is big and very comfortable, pillow menu is much appreciated, breakfast esp the Indonesian counter is simply delicious, housekeeping staff were brilliant, the beach pool and slide was great for the kids, main pool is very relaxing, staff were overall fantastic, location is central yet you are away from the traffic noise. A true oasis in Seminyak. One of the best 5 star hotels I have been to!

Our recent stay there, from December 2nd to 5th and then again from December 6th to 9th, left a lasting impression on our well-traveled souls. Despite its central location, the resort manages to cocoon you in a serene atmosphere. The layout of The Trans Resort Bali is impeccable, seamlessly integrating rooms, villas, and pools to enhance the overall guest experience. A standout during our stay was the exceptional service from the housekeeping staff. They were incredibly attentive and quick to respond to our requests, making us feel valued throughout our stay. Whether we needed extra towels, room service, or any other assistance, they were on point. The restaurant staff deserves a special mention, offering impeccable and personalized service reminiscent of first-class treatment on a premium airline. They anticipated our needs and maintained a keen eye on our preferences, ensuring that every meal was a seamless and delightful experience. A remarkable moment was when we requested Indian breakfast items. The staff not only accepted our request enthusiastically but also went above and beyond to prepare a customized Indian breakfast just for us. This level of dedication truly delighted us and showcased the resort's commitment to creating a memorable stay. Now, a shout-out to an exceptional individual who enriched our experience at The Trans Resort Bali: Dayu, the hostess at the Club Lounge. Her resourcefulness and dedication to making our stay culturally enriching deserve high praise. We'd also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Radita. Our experience at The Grand Hyatt Nusa Dua turned sour, and we desperately wanted to return to The Trans Resort Bali. Radita came to our rescue with exceptional professionalism and efficiency.

Nothing - it was all good.

The resort is fantastic, modern amenities and rooms are absolutely superb. Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to assist. Restaurant excellent. Pool is divine.
