Location was pretty good. There could have been a decent parking within the property. Had to park about 200 to 300 meters away and was a little bit worried and had to keep a tab on the car. Every other things that is needed for a stay in Varkala is perfect. Nice restaurant in the front of this place run by the same people. Perfect food and gathering during the evening and the environment was lively.

The hospitality, and few things which is required is tissue paper and often the electricity/power cut is on and off. Not accessible any transportation to Hotel.

1.cleaning was average , there was dust on curtains , toilet was not that clean , shower cubicle was tiny , water draining from shower cubicle was not efficient , 2. we didnt got an ironing box , 3. daily cleaning not done , 3.there was no official reception at this property

No staff availability during night. No telephone no kitchen. Whole cottage is on your own disposal. However, location is prime but not value dor money. You can find similar or good rooms in same price range.

No meet and greet services. There are better properties at given rates. Location was shoreline that makes it a absolute catch but there are plenty properties in same location which are far better than this. The property charges are expensive in comparison to what they are offering.

One can't follow the google GPS services to reach the hotel. The location to be updated to get the exact location. Adequate manpower to be provided for room services. No tea before 9.00 AM.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The location is within the posh area of Varkala North Cliff. One can enjoy all sorts of food during your stay. Though a cafe cum restro is inside the premises but there is limits in room services. The food is good but they used ajjina moto in their Chinese cuisines by claiming openly.

parking is not accessible from the evening till midnight, very old bathroom equipments, hot water tap not working, Ac was making lod noice all through the night and had to switch it off, old spring bed - not great for the price, even though the cliff is easily accessible thanks to the location, room rate is really high for the outdated facilities in the room. No view of the cliff/ sea from any rooms

Power went out during our stay at the property and the generators were not functional so we had to sit in the dark suffocating room for more than an hour as we couldn’t go out due to heavy rains. The ACs in the room did not function properly either.

No staff at all for any assistance. Why they have to do business like this.

Not good at all . No staff was there after checkin. Not get any things as usual getting in wash room too. No glass . No tea coffe things. Charging the amount is too high. Not worth for the money. Very bad experience.

The hotel is inaccessible by road. The approach road is so narrow could not accommodate the car. As one could not reach it we shifted to another hotel. One of my request is that your site should vet the information being posted by these hotels. They put information of facilities which do not exist on ground.

Last minute change the place to stay as one coukd notvreach the hotel.
