Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

OmanThey were very poor in reception..very rigid...we did not have breakfast included but when we ate it they refused to add it room n asked to pay..which is ridiculous..Also for extended stay they asked us to clear the bill first, although they had my credit card details.. No sitting at reception and they were quite unprofessional n rude at times..not enough lights on room in front of mirror..lot of things were not working in room too..

Lovely large room/suite very posh.Great shower and toiletries. Water provided for kettle, teabags, etc. Very comfortable, great views . Chocolate 🍫 on your pillow. TV had English films on it but had to ask how to work it they were very helpful. Buffet from 7am. Restaurant where you can also sit and have a drink As we had to leave at 5.30 am,they provided us with the best packed breakfast ever . It was lovely, and they also offered fruit juice and coffee.

Hotel staff, everyone from the front desk to housekeeping and in room dining, is exceptional! They are polite, professional, and friendly. I enjoy staying at the Rodas even though I have a plethora of hotels such as Taj palace, St. Regis at my disposal. The location is superb with Galleria mall at your fingertips. Tuk tuks and taxis just downstairs.

I had blocked the room thru booking.com through a credit card but he said I had pay full amount before checking in. I wasnt allowed to use anything in the hotel without paying first.

IndiaThe staff is not just untrained, but insensitive & insincere. I was put in a room which was occupied. It was embarrassing to check into a room already occupied. The saving grace was that it wasn’t empty when I walked in. No real efforts to make up for this either. This is the only job they have & goofed up royally, beyond repair.

IndiaOne of the biggest problems that this property has is that it doesn’t have a standing shower unit, you have to sit up in the tub and use the mobile shower unit. This is incredibly uncomfortable for anyone who is not used to sitting up in a tub, the risk of someone slipping and hit their head is quite high. My stay was marked by bad internet speed in addition to breakage in connection quite regularly.
The location is great and many good restaurants deliver to the spot, it’s also right next to a super market which makes shopping for essentials a breeze.

DenmarkFirstly, the check in took incredibly long. More surprising is the fact how the check in staff were scrutinizing our passports. They asked for passports, which we provided and then they asked us to show the Visa, thats very strange. Its a hotel and not immigration. Secondly, they informed us they will be blocking double the room amount, in case we use the "mini bar". We protested and informed that we are not interested in mini bar and they shouldnt be blocking double amount, especially when we were paying whole stay amount at check in. Worst was checkout. We informed on previous night we have early flights so we need to checkout early and quick. But next morning during checkout, the staff made us wait for them to find someone to go and check if we had used the "mini bar". It was ridiculous, long and unnecessary wait in the morning. I gave them the feedback that they might as well get rid of mini bar - people can order if they want. The Mini bar is causing painful experiences during check in and checkout.
