The property was really beautiful but there was not much to do as it was a located inside a small area. I was expecting the walking area to be enough but if someone is staying for leisure its pretty boring for more than a day. The biggest bummer was the breakfast. In short the breakfast was very boring and predictable and nothing fancy.

The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The property was very beautiful and not something you would expect right in the centre of the city. I would recommend anyone who wants a relaxed stay to try Leela once.

Not being able to stay longer 😂 It was a flying visit!

This is probably the best hotel I have stayed in. Exceptional staff, stunning facilities and just an overall feeling of luxury and being looked after.

The rooms are a bit dated. The room where we stayed had faulty electrics. We discovered in the middle of the night that the AC did not work. The phone line didn't work either. We got moved into another room in the middle of the night, that wasn't a pleasant experience. This isn't what one would expect in a 5 star hotel.The manager apologised the next morning and made amends. There was also constant drilling noise throughout the day as there was some construction work going on. This meant we were unable to rest after a long haul flight.

The rich look and architecture, ambience, food, drinks at the library bar, the pleasant smell throughout the hotel and the attentiveness of the staff. Plenty of choices for eating both at the buffet breakfast and and also at the restaurants. The cocktails in the bar was great and value for money. The hotel organised sightseeing, pick up and drop off.

leela is so amazing every thing right from the front desk to rooms services. Breakfast was amazingg!!! And id definitely stay at leela once again. All staff were humble and helped you in knowing any information. So we happened to meet Miss ayushi who looked after our table during breakfast and was keen on serving us with dishes we asked for with such impeccable service standards. Thanks to leela and the entire staff for making our stay a memorable one.

The meet and greet at the counter and the cursory and hence completely unnecessary screening of bags - especially when one is laden with shopping bags

Breakfast was good - the local choice was very good but for long stay customers - good to have more changes to the menu =- especially the western options - could have included asian options - like rice porridge or noodles

Only one thing, the rooms and its amenities are dated. The building might be very old and that might be the reason for this. In my opinion, it is time for renovation, at least inside the rooms.

The hotel is literally a palace and I was treated like a prince in the palace. What else can you ask for. The hotel facility is top of the line, the gym was amazing, I diet a lot, so only tried potato wedges and stuffs like that, they tasted amazing. Right from when you come into the hotel till you leave, the service you get is flawless. There were resources that was waiting in the airport and they will pick you up and drop you back in the airport and the resource from hotel will accompany you till the security check in and you don't have to wait on any queue. The rooms are quiet, very comfortable and beautiful.

This hotel has both "old" and renovated rooms. The renovated rooms are majestic and very beautiful, however are very far located from the elevators. Because of the huge size of this hotel, you might be walking about 3-4 hallways before reaching your room, which is inconvenient if you've left something in your room. Breakfast is very crowded, so sometimes need to sit outside, mostly shaded area, sometimes not, which could be challenging. Staff is plenty and friendly, only the first apparently higher ranked male reception manager? is kind of full of himself, which makes the first welcoming experience less friendly. So many other ladies there are doing a way better job in cleaned friendliness. Last but not least, be aware that location is okay, only far from main attractions.

Hotel is very beautiful and majestic, you feel really like a royal. The outside garden is so nice and a little place of heaven amidst this city. Overall you'll be treated as such also, staff is very friendly. Mostly you'll be appointed to one specific service officer. In our case that was Preetam who was friendly to the max, made our stay enjoyable and helped us in every possible way, we're very grateful for all of his services. Also the food is very nice, breakfast spread good.
