I came to be by myself, for two nights from Tokyo, but ended up meeting some other travellers and waking up early to see the sunrise view of Mt. Fuji with them. “Amazing place to stay!
The owner is friendly and showed us around. It is well kept and clean. The room is very homey and spacious. We would have had a direct view of MT FUJI and Lake Yamanaka but during our one night stay it kept hidden. Beautiful place nonetheless.
The pillows in the room were surprisingly comfortable in spite of it being different than standard pillows. It's of grainy type and we ended up buying something similar as it helped with our sleep. The comfiest we've had during our trip.
