You can get a better deal via a web site than ring up myself 6 month before same room different price breakfast was only good once out of 3 times no bacon and u used to be able to get coffee on each floor now you carnt I don’t trust kettles on rooms been badly before no garage available which put our price up a great deal the reason we book that hotel is because they always helped us and had garage space

The room was pretty small and the bed wasn't that comfy (huge pillows) and it had a view of a wall (apparently a historic one). It is also very expensive at like 200 euro per night, which includes parking and breakfast (which wasn't that spectacular as well)

The biggest plus of this hotel is its location, it's 5 minutes away from all the shops and restaurants of Groningen. It also offers relatively cheap garage parking, a couple of minutes away from the hotel - this is especially important as this part of the city is not accessible by car. The staff was really nice. The hotel is very modern and definitely a nice place to stay.

The bathroom smelled weird and the single bedroom was quite small compared to the price to be honest. No refridgerator in the room.

Good location, friendly staff and awesome breakfast! Very close to resturants, the supermarket (Jumbo) and the hotel also had a parking garage for my rental car.

Had to re-log into the wifi each time. Breakfast could have had more options but food was nice. Room was a little small but overall standard sized for European hotel.

In the single room on the fifth floor you could hear the annoying noise due to the proximity of the elevator.

The staff was very nice. The location of the hotel was ideal in the city center, the bus stop was also nearby. It was nice to see the changing image on the big screen in the hall. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean.

The main lighting is a bit weak but that's okay, the accessories are very good.

Would have preferred bigger cups to enjoy a cup of tea as the only cups provided were espresso cups which were too small for tea. Pity you cannot see out of the windows as they are narrow windows high up. But was good that we got some natural light in the room. Other than that no major complaints.

Location was perfect. An easy 15 minute walk from the station. Close to the city centre with many eating places nearby. Bus stops close by, but honestly very easy to get around Groningen even on foot. Room was small but comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Great that there was a coffee machine in the room. Would definitely stay again.

Faster communication about the parking, but in the end it all worked out because it was easy to find an alternative parking garage close by.

Breakfast should be included for a room price 206 euro. Staff was not well informed about opening hours shops and showing the way to De Oosterpoort. Parking facilities very moderate and expensive

Next time my mother and I will take a double instead of two single rooms. The rooms have everything: comfy bed, hairdryer, towels, safe, coffee machine, water heater, TV and wireless internet. But they are quite small.

The Hotel is right in the Center of Groningen, you can explore the City and all the great shopping opportunities by foot. And the last Sunday of each month is “Koopzondag” (shops open for business). The lobby’s style is modern and comfy, the bar is open till 12 and the pool table was used by many guests. The breakfast was delicious, something for every taste 😊 And the personal is great, really nice and helpful.
